Amina Sillah

I am an educator, author, social entrepreneur, founder and current CEO of Global Youth I novation Network (GYIN). I train public institutions and founders to innovate and transform their institutions globally. As a professor, I design courses in nonprofit development and management including fundraising, Board development, volunteer management and succession planning. I coach clients to look at the big picture when applying for grants and avoid mission drift by looking closely at grant requirement.
