Michelle is an international development professional and co-host of the Where’s The Funding?! podcast. She has spent the past 10 years as a grant-maker providing funding to smallholder farmers, MSMEs, and women and youth entrepreneurs in sub-Saharan Africa.

Amina Sillah

I am an educator, author, social entrepreneur, founder and current CEO of Global Youth I novation Network (GYIN). I train public institutions and founders to innovate and transform their institutions globally. As a professor, I design courses in nonprofit development and management including fundraising, Board development, volunteer management and succession planning. I coach clients to look at the big picture when applying for grants and avoid mission drift by looking closely at grant requirement.
